Zezespace Coffee will honor our supplier’s request of a 1-year warranty for all electronic products unless otherwise detailed.

Depending on the receipt of the machine, repairs are available with postage paid for that specific reason.

Upon a return, please pack your item in a corrugated box or else all other returns will not be accepted.

Warranty is voided if home espresso machines are used for commercial reasons.

There is a 10 to 20% re-stock fee for returns due to buyer’s remorse (15 day window) The fee takes into account machine usage , quality of shipping cartons and resale value of the product.
