Recipe
This recipe is fairly easy!
Just grab organic dates, pistachios, tahini, and chocolate of your choice, preferability 70% dark chocolate and above.
Next in a double broiler or microwave, melt your chocolate until liquified, try not to scald.
Cut your dates in half while chocolate is melting and lay flat on a plate or a parchment lined pan.
When chocolate is melted, pour it onto the date and then smash into the pistachios! You can also drizzle tahini for a different flavor profile and texture. Tahini ads a healthier-than peanut butter taste that that can be added to many different chocolate recipe’s!
Refrigerate for 5 – 10 minutes then enjoy!
These can get a little messy so make sure you have a napkin near ya!
