Recipe
1:1 Ratio of nuts to chocolate
Grab your favorite dark chocolate (70% or higher)
Nuts! The more the better. For this recipe we used equal parts organic macadamia, walnuts, almonds and pistachios
Ground coffee
Salt
Line a plate or a sheet pan with unbleached parchment paper
Spread the mixture of nuts on the pan or plate
Melt chocolate in the microwaveable bowl or a double boiler, cautioning not to sear or burn the chocolate, just melt it enough to be liquid. Microwaving is preferred and will save plenty of time.
Drizzle the nuts with the chocolate until covered.
Sprinkle salt and ground coffee to taste
Let rest in a freezer for 10 – 15 minutes
